Strategic Plan
3D planned to embark on a 5 year plan that will see the company expanding to other regions of Namibia and its neighboring countries (SADC).
In this 5 year plan, the company will be training different groups of young graphic designing graduates and those without the necessary expertise on the practical skills and knowledge required in the advertising and printing industry.
Therefore, the qualified trainees will be deployed in the regions where new branches will be opened before going beyond the borders.
